Terms & Conditions – Pablito’s No Bad Tours

1. Booking & Minimum Guest Policy

   • All tours require a minimum of five (5) paid guests to operate. In the event this minimum is not met, Pablito’s No Bad Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. Guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

2. Transportation

   • All ground transportation is provided in licensed and insured vans for the safety and comfort of our guests.

3. Age Restrictions

   • Certain tours and events (including but not limited to bar hopping tours and winery experiences) are limited to guests 21 years of age or older. A valid government-issued ID may be required.

4. Safety & Conduct

   • Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by Pablito’s No Bad Tours and its guides.

   • Proper footwear and attire, as outlined in each tour description, are required for participation in certain activities.

   • Pablito’s No Bad Tours reserves the right to refuse service to any guest under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or whose behavior may pose a safety risk.

5. Assumption of Risk

   • Participation in tours and activities is voluntary and at the guest’s own risk. Pablito’s No Bad Tours, its owner, and affiliates shall not be held liable for loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur, including those caused by third-party providers, weather, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

6. Unforeseen Circumstances

   • Tours are subject to modification, delay, or cancellation due to weather, safety concerns, road conditions, or unforeseen events. In such cases, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund in accordance with the cancellation policy.
